This created a classic risk-off to relief trade - oil eased, but lingering uncertainty combined with higher yields continues to weigh on Nasdaq multiples. We saw the initial reaction hit the Nasdaq right at the 28,826 level.
Markets are now watching whether negotiations hold or if tensions flare again.
