Mindset Mondays: Start with Purpose, Lead with Clarity
Hello, my friends!
The morning was shaping up to be one of those classic "close your eyes and buy" plays.
All major indices had already broken past last week’s key daily and weekly levels, setting the stage for an exciting Monday open.
So, what’s the next step?
Look into clues of the options market. It’s where you can see the big players repositioning, and large exposed levels coming into play for the open.
When the markets are in sync like this, I always go back to one of my core principles: the trend is your friend - and it’s never steered me wrong.
But before we dive into today’s Impulse of the Day, let’s take a moment to focus on something just as important: Starting Your Day with the Right Mindset.
This is where everything begins, and getting it right can set the tone for success in both the markets and life.

What does it really mean to start your day with the right mindset?
It’s more than just dragging yourself out of bed and going through the motions. It’s about waking up with intention - taking control of those first few precious moments to set the tone for the day.
Imagine this! Instead of immediately diving into the chaos of life - emails, phone calls, endless to-do lists - you carve out a moment to center yourself. You start the day feeling calm, focused, and completely in control of your priorities.
It’s a small shift, but the impact is huge.
When you start your day with intention, you don’t just boost your productivity - you improve everything. The mental clarity, your relationships, your ability to handle challenges. You’re leading the day, not letting the day lead you.
Now, take a moment to think about your mornings.
Do they feel rushed, reactive, or out of control? Or do you feel like you’re stepping into each day with purpose and clarity?
This mindset shift could be the game changer you’ve been looking for.
Impulse of the Day - BTC (+2.64%)🗽₿
Today, all eyes are on Bitcoin as it delivered the clearest impulse of the day.
Starting with a strong pre-market surge, it kept riding the momentum right through New York's session, showing no signs of slowing down.
The key level? $64,000. What was once the largest call resistance quickly flipped into support during the London session - a crucial shift that set the tone for the day.
By lunchtime, Bitcoin found itself settling at the extreme 1-Day Max level, holding steady after its explosive morning.
BTC 63000(0DTE Highest Level of Put Gamma)
BTC 64000(0DTE Highest Level of Call Gamma)
BTC 66140 (1 Day max - Extreme Range)
0DTE Levels are key zones of significant options volume that can drive increased volatility as expiration nears, recalculated daily based on gamma expiration, trading volume, and market volatility.

By centering yourself and moving with intention, you unlock more than just productivity.
So, ask yourself: are you ready to lead your day with purpose?
Until next time,
