Happy Friday, my friends!

We’ve got a real flurry of headlines hitting today and days like this don’t come around every week.

That’s exactly why I’m sending this early - so you’re not caught off-guard holding a position when volatility suddenly surges across your charts.

I’m right here in the trenches with you. My own leveraged trades are strictly intraday; I never carry stress overnight, and I want the same calm edge for you.

I’d put today’s dominant impulse squarely in FOMO territory - it’s human nature, and none of us are immune.

My advice is to size down meaningfully. Smaller positions give FOMO far less power to hurt you.

Here’s your Friday Impulse Checklist:

➤ Am I chasing momentum from the headlines, or waiting for my predefined setup to confirm?

➤ Is my emotional temperature still under 8/10 right now? (8+ Extreme Fomo)

➤ Have I locked in risk, size, stop, and target with zero exceptions?

➤ If I sit this one out, will the market really end today - or keep running next week?

I trade my plan, not the panic.

Make sure to write this checklist down on your tradingview charts or notepad.

Now scroll down for the full breakdown: what’s impulse scores are incoming, and how each headline could move the tape.
