Hello, my friend!
💸 The long-only side of the market continues to show impressive resilience. Every dip gets bought, and the indices just keep grinding higher.
📈 It leaves you wondering - are we in a genuine, broad-based bull market, or are we simply watching short positions get squeezed until they capitulate?
⚡ At the end of the day, we’re all just observers until we put real risk on the table. Today I highlighted NQ 29,694 - the all-time high - as our Level of the Day across my social channels.
These psychologically significant levels often act like magnets. Whether price breaks through or rejects them, the reaction is rarely random.
At its core, the market is simply a reflection of collective human psychology in action.

High-Impact Events Ranked for the Day:
Kevin Warsh taking over as Fed Chair (24:00 EST)
Trump’s bilateral meeting with China (23:40 EST)
US Import Prices & Retail Sales (8:30 AM EST – already released)
The two biggest potential market-movers (Warsh and Trump/China) are still ahead for those trading the Asian and London sessions.
Key Surprise Impulses Today:
Apple–OpenAI partnership reportedly fraying, with potential legal action on the horizon
Trump comments: Xi offered help on Iran and doesn’t like Iran charging a Hormuz toll
🎯 These headlines triggered some late-day reversals in the indices and are worth keeping on your radar as we head into tomorrow.

Winner Of The Day
Trading felt straightforward today - though I’m quick to remind myself that trading is never truly simple.
My approach stays simple - I scan the major indices for the prevailing trend, then isolate only the strongest or weakest instrument to align with.
This keeps my risk clean and my mindset sharp. There’s no point fighting the tape by going long the weakest name - I’d rather stay on the right side of the market and let probability work in my favor.
I continued building the buffer in my funded Purdia account and was able to ride the clear winner today with a clean long in the S&P 500.
One of the things I love most about waiting for the first 30-minute opening range to settle is the calm it brings. Once that window closes, I don’t have to worry about the big red-folder economic releases.
🏆 Whatever news comes after is unexpected - and that’s exactly why I never move my stop loss. Stay disciplined, trade with the market, not against it.
